Dear Patients & Visitors:
To limit the spread of coronavirus and to keep the community and our patients healthy, Umpqua Orthopedics is taking the following precautionary measures effective immediately:
Any patient with symptoms of illness such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing or upper respiratory symptoms must reschedule their appointment by calling:
Umpqua Orthopedics (541) 677-2131
For those visiting the clinic in the coming weeks, we will ask you to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after seeing your provider.
Notify staff immediately if you have traveled outside the United States or have been in potential contact with a person known to have or suspected to have coronavirus.
All employees at Umpqua Orthopedics will adhere to Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) community mitigation strategies related to coronavirus.
CDC has identified older adults and those who have serious chronic medical conditions as high risk for getting very sick from coronavirus. Please notify our staff immediately if you wish to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
Magazines have been removed from our waiting room and exam rooms. For your protection, please refrain from leafing through educational literature in the exam rooms. Your provider will give you any handouts that you need.
If you or someone you know is exhibiting symptoms, please contact your primary care physician immediately.
Thank you for your understanding and compliance to these limitations as we work together to ensure the highest level of health and safety for our patients, staff and community!
