Dr. Michael Krnacik replaced both of my knees. He is a great surgeon! After my second knee replacement, I was back to work within two weeks of surgery.

Have had knee and hip replacements. Great surgeons, assistants and office people. Also had carpal tunnel done on both hands there.

Every person I’ve interacted with personally has always been very professional, and most everyone is even friendly. Sometimes reception can be a little aloof or cold, but I’ve never been treated with anything short of respect. There was one interaction, however, that left a bad taste in my mouth when my mom was having a cast removed from her wrist in which the person was rather gruff and impatient, hurting my mom’s hand abruptly and forcefully. Her bones had healed back in an awkward position and the lady was stretching her hand back out roughly, being rude when my mom asked if she could be allowed to reposition her hand a little gradually, rather than all at once. My mom is an extraordinarily tough woman, but she was in a lot of pain and the lady was dismissive and seemed as though she was trying to just hurry us along and, again, was rude toward her. She was in an exceptional amount of pain for several days afterward, as it felt like her hand had been reinjured, rather than just the level of pain she had been experiencing during the healing process. Despite her working on reshaping her palm every day for weeks, if not months, afterward, it healed in an abnormal position and still hurts to this day, but what was truly disheartening was to see her treated with such impatience, disrespect, and contempt. This was several years ago, though, and I haven’t seen that woman in the office during any of my subsequent visits for my own joint issues.
